Witellika residence underwent extensive renovations in 2012 and reopened on 1 February 2013. It provides housing for UZH and ETH students in 100 rooms, each with a patio or balcony and furnished in contemporary style.

The building features generously sized communal kitchens with a separate dining room each and shared bathrooms. There is also a large rooftop terrace, two recreation rooms, a gym and a party room with a pool table. All rooms have internet access.

Witellika hall is managed by WOKO, a professional partner to the foundation with over 50 years of experience in managing student accommodation. WOKO is responsible for the room rentals and routine maintenance and as such is the first point of contact for resident students. The foundation itself does not deal with tenant matters.

WOKO should be contacted for all matters relating to student housing operations and lettings.
